You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and does not violate any contractual restrictions or third-party rights.

luwicasaqapuken.mobi reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of luwicasaqapuken.mobi may require payment of fees. By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize luwicasaqapuken.mobi to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

We may change our fees from time to time, and we will provide you with notice of any changes. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

8. Service Modifications

In no event shall luwicasaqapuken.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services or contact us at legal@luwicasaqapuken.mobi to request account termination.
